Great for toe hooks, foot match, dropping low, gaston, sloper for any direction.
Keep in mind it is a rather large hold, I would have actually preferred smaller on my little spray wall, but it is fun to have some large stuff to play with on there. Either way - not the holds fault, it's a great hold!
If I were to actually change anything, it could use a little more friction on it since it is so slopey.
You can use this on a vertical or 30dg wall depending on orientation. We love ours!
